Announcing the arrival of Miss Callie Ann Winn

When planning out our summer, President Winn and I had penciled in the the arrival of two new babies to our grandbaby pool for the end of September and the beginning of October.  David and Kristi (Pittsburg, PA) were due to have a baby boy about September 20th, and Nathan and McKenzie (Frisco, TX)  were supposed to have a baby girl the first of October.  Evidently, Miss Callie Ann Winn was not interested in waiting.  She obviously wanted to be older than her cousin, and she wanted to be born in August.  So, six weeks early, on August 20th, (which happened to be the twins' 24th birthday) Callie arrived.  She had actually tried to come two weeks before that, but because her mama stayed in bed in the hospital for two weeks, Callie got to cook a little longer, and arrive a little healthier.  She weighed in at 4 pounds 12 ounces, and has done very well for such a tiny little critter.  We think she is perfectly wonderful, and are grateful for her safe arrival.  Blessings from heaven!
Hungry.
 Oh, so tiny.
Perfect in every way.
