Global warming has really affected Delaware this winter. So far in February, we've had 41 inches of snow fall in Hockessin. JD and Bruce are tired of shoveling. Hailey thinks that snow is a kick, and loves to eat it! Madison called to tell me, "Grandma! You should see it! It's raining snow all over the place at our house!" That night, she thanked Heavenly Father for the snow, and especially for the sparkles that were in the snow. It's certainly a beautiful sight, even if we were snowbound and without power for two days this week!
Bruce and I have been married for the best thirty-six years of my life. We have seven adorable children and twenty even more adorable grandchildren. From July 2010 until July 2013, we were blessed to serve in the Utah Salt Lake City Mission. Now, we are back home in Delaware, playing with our grandbabies, enjoying some amazingly free time, and trying to figure out just exactly what it is we are supposed to do now.
I can't believe you were without power for two days this week! The storm up here in MA hasn't been too bad.
ReplyDeleteI hope your pool re-emerges! :)
