Generations: Making Memories

With less than three months left before Bruce and I leave on our mission in Salt Lake City, my mission here at home is to spend as much time as I can making memories with my family - all the generations! It has been delightful, and I thought I'd share some of my Kodak moments with you.
Alli and Madison take dance lessons. Recently, they
performed for the residents the Mary Campbell Center.
The patients there just loved those little dancers!

Alixa, Jarom and Jenna came up to Delaware for a weekend.
All we need is an excuse to get together and hang out.
Eight grandkids makes anything exciting!

The gang's all here!

Another day, Loni and Annie and I went to the Please Touch Museum in Philadelphia. The kids had a wonderful time! One of their favorite parts was riding the old fashioned carousel. But they liked working in the fast food restaurants, too.

Madison shows her skills as a McDonald's waitress too.

Adri is relegated to working in the back, assembling the cullinary delights!

At the end of the day, Madison, Taya, Alli, Adri, Luke and Juliet
had a wonderful time at the Please Touch Museum with grandma.
Another afternoon at home, with Hailey slaving
away in the kitchen...
always busy cooking up something in grandma's pots!

A trip west in February for Jamie, Hailey and Nancy. We flew to Salt Lake, and spent a couple of days with Jolene, Rob, Kristi and other assorted relatives in the Salt Lake area. Then we drove to Boise to see grandma and grandpa Holderness and the family members who live there. Mom had just had surgery the previous week, and once again she demonstrated her cheerful spirit and positive outlook as she recovered. What a fun time we had visiting!

I'm really hoping to come see you before you and Bruce head out west. We'll give you a call to find a time that works!
