March 12, 2013 - Leadership Training

Time to gather for leadership training again.  This time, it was only for one day.  There were lots of skills taught - faith to find and invite every day, using your afternoons and your resources, how to help others make and keep commitments - notes taken, lessons learned to take back to the districts and zones and be shared again.  The group of young leaders that we have in this mission is astounding.  They are dedicated and hard working, and take their callings very seriously.  The incredible thing is that our mission is so leadership-deep right now, that we could easily replace every single one of them with another missionary who is just as capable!  We are so blessed to serve among such fine disciples of Jesus Christ!  We recognize that every single day.
