March 28, 2013 - Post-Transfer Crash

Help determine companionships, trainers, District Leaders and Zone Leaders.  Arrange apartments.  Enter every piece of information into the computer several times.  Make the posters telling who will be in what zone and district.  Make sure that the phone numbers are right, that the keys to the cars and the apartments go to the new owners, that the missionaries have all been called, telling them who is going where and when.  Set up banners, tables and chairs.  Answer a thousand phone calls and questions.  Pick up the new missionaries from the train station.  Then go back again and pick up the ones on the next train who missed the last train.  Conduct the transfer meeting.  Round up 200 wandering missionaries.  Round them up again.  Answer more questions.  Gather the zone leaders.  Call out companionships.  Help find missing companions.  Evaluate the new missionaries and possible trainers.  Announce the trainers.  Answer more questions. Organize Extreme Street Contacting.  Drive the van full of missionaries downtown.  Round everyone up and bring them back to the office.  Send them to their areas.  Answer more phone calls and more questions.  Solve all the problems that have come up.  Conduct the departing testimony meeting.  Take down the banners, the tables and chairs.  Stay up all night in the mission home with the departing missionaries.  Make several runs to the airport, starting at the crack of dawn.  Answer more phone calls and more questions.  Solve more problems.  Post transfer crash.  It's unavoidable.
