March 24th - And we're off to Delaware!

Saturday morning, March 24th, Kristi and I were dropped off at the Salt Lake Airport by Bruce and David, who were on their way to the golf course.  I'd like to say they were sad to see us go, but I believe I heard a lot of "Wahooo!" and "Yipeee!" as they dumped us on the curb and headed on down the road.  It was okay, as Kristi and I were pretty excited about our trip, too.  It was May 2011 the last time we were home.  Back east, there was a cute little eight-month-old by the name of Charlotte who was waiting to meet us.  Abby, seven weeks old, and Scarlett, five weeks old, were each going to be given a name and a blessing on Sunday morning at church, and Alli Kay, who had just turned eight, was going to be baptized on the same day!  It was going to be quite a weekend at the Winn house.

Since five of our seven children live in the Hockessin area, and twelve of the fifteen grandchildren, it would almost be a perfect party....but not quite complete. So, on planes flying in from Texas that same morning, were Alixa, Jenna, Bo, McKenzie and Kenna. Now that's a party any self-respecting grandma would love! The next eight days in Delaware were simply wonderful!

Ethan was next, and he was NOT a fan!
Until he found out that haircuts come with M&M's!
