Family prayer in the Winn family is always the best part of the day. First, you gather everyone together and chat for a few minutes. Then, you all kneel down and talk about things for at least another half hour. Topics change, sometimes we get sidetracked or distracted (much to the dismay of President Winn). Eventually, we get around to praying, but usually not until we've spent at least 30 minutes on our knees. Family prayer in the mission field with the assistants hasn't been any different. On June 5th, we knelt down to have family prayer, but then I noticed that the newly empty family room. So many things to do!!
Headstands, for example.
When was the last time you tried a headstand?
I encouraged Elder Ackley to try.
Nobody else was game.
Elder Logan and Elder Hansen just kept kneeling,
hoping to get home sometime before midnight.
Elder Woodland grabbed the camera.
President Winn expressed his dismay.
He wasn't that good.
And the others just keep kneeling.....
