June 26, 2013 - Good-bye to the Farmington Zone

We get up in the mornings and cry first thing now, because all we have left to do is say good-bye to our favorite missionaries in all the world.  Today we met up with the Elders and Sisters of the Farmington Zone.   It was the last time that President Winn and I would get to see these fine young missionaries, so we took a few minutes to visit with them, give them our love, and say good-bye. We only have one day left in the mission, and it could not possibly get any harder than this. We gave each missionary a temple recommend holder, and the responsibility to always keep it full. 

We gave them a copy of Life Lessons by Sister Winn, which is sure to be on the New York Times Best Seller list very soon.  We gave them a hug, and sent them on their way.  But they are not out of our lives.  They are stuck with us forever, because all of us will always be Utah Salt Lake City Missionaries!
