September 4, 2012 - Trunky Temple Tuesday

Again, we have to let missionaries go home.  Again, it is harder than the last time.  The only thing that helps us keep our sanity (or is it insanity?) is that if some finish their missions and go home, we will get more missionaries to love tomorrow.  In the MTC, two years ago, someone told us that being a mission president and wife was sort of like a job of painting a moving train.  The longer we are here, the more I think that is a very apt job description.  But I tell you what, those freshly painted cars sure do look sharp pulling out of the station and heading on down the track of life!

Where those silly Elders had the waitress sing happy birthday to me,
even though my birthday was still a month away!
 Gettin' my 55 on!
How can we ever FOREget this face?!?!
