Elder Jensen joined us two transfers ago for a trial mission. It has been a rough two transfers for us all, because we loved him immediately and knew that we might have to give him up when he got his "real" mission call. Well, the fateful day came. Even though President Winn specifically said in his letter of recommendation that he could ONLY recommend Elder Jensen for a full time, two year mission IF he was called to the Utah Salt Lake City Mission, evidently Heavenly Father knew that the North Carolina Raleigh Mission needed him more. On November 8th, we joined in the president's office to watch Elder Jensen open his call letter. He was thrilled, but we will miss him terribly! Go get 'em, Elder Jensen, we love you!
