February 12-13, 2013 - Leadership Training

Tuesday and Wednesday, February 12 & 13, we met at the mission office with many of the leaders from the mission.  Which means that most of the younger missionaries were out running the mission on their own.  Good for them!  They are quite capable, and that gives us a chance to correct the bad habits that the OLDER missionaries have picked up!  Notice that it's the leaders who need the training, and not the greenies...

 

On the second day of training, the Fabulous Sisters from Temple Square came to teach us how to use the resources of their mission more effectively.  They did a superb job, as usual.
