Two days of leadership training meetings, which actually accomplishes two things. First, we have all of the leaders in the mission office and they are learning missionary skills, which they will then teach the other missionaries. So their teaching skills improve. Second, all the of leaders are in the mission office for two days, so the younger missionaries are on their own for two days, running the mission. So their teaching skills improve. All the way around, it's a great thing!
