The next morning, Wednesday, May 2nd, the rest of the new missionaries arrived. Their bus from the MTC, which was supposed to arrive about 8:00 a.m., pulled up to the mission office just before 7:00. Needless to say, I was not there to take pictures of them getting off the bus! The next group included nine Sisters and six Elders. This group of missionaries is amazing, very well prepared spiritually and is going to be a lot of fun, we can tell already! The first thing we did to help prepare them for the life of a missionary was to make them set up tables and chairs in the church cultural hall. They will be doing that a lot over the next two years. We are delighted to have them here!
