Visiting Pittsburgh

I spent a few days in Pittsburgh, where I got to play with new baby Sawyer. 

He is almost always pleasant and happy, sleeps well and is adorable.

 But even his grumpy face is pretty cute!

I tried to teach Kristi how to sew, since now she is a real mom.  She is not terribly fond of this particular domestic chore, and still wears her same charming sewing face that she wore in junior high school when I tried to teach her to sew.

So I let her foil my hair instead. 

She is very good at that, and she loves to do it! 

I put on my coloring my hair face for her!

We both persisted, and voila!  Here is the wonderful rag quilt that Kristi made.

And here is how beautiful Kristi made me look.

And Kristi and David and Sawyer are living happily ever after in Pittsburg...

...as long as David behaves.  Otherwise, Kristi wears her middle naming face.
